Tuition, Billing & Membership

At Gymnastics Central, we strive to make enrollment and billing simple, convenient, and transparent for our families. Below you'll find important information about tuition, membership, and our monthly billing policies.

Monthly Tuition

Tuition varies based on the program, class length, and level of instruction.  For current tuition rates, class schedules, and availability, please visit our Parent Portal.

How Monthly Tuition Works

Our monthly tuition is based on four classes per month.  Because of the calendar, some months may have five scheduled classes, while others may have only three due to holidays or scheduled closures. 

To keep billing simple and consistent, monthly tuition remains the same regardless of whether a month has three, four, or five classes.

We do not charge extra for months with five classes, nor do we reduce tuition for months with three classes.

This approach provides families with predictable monthly tuition throughout the year.

Joining Mid-Month

New students are welcome to join throughout the month, provided space is available.

When enrolling after the start of the month, tuition is prorated based on the remaining scheduled classes for that month.  Regular monthly tuition begins the following month.

Family Membership Fee

A one-time $50 family membership fee is required for all new families enrolling at Gymnastics Central.

This fee covers the entire family, regardless of the number of children enrolled. It is not charged separately for each child.

Subscription-Based Enrollment & Monthly Billing

Gymnastics Central operates on a monthly subscription-based enrollment system. Once enrolled, your child's spot in class is automatically reserved each month until you request to discontinue enrollment.

Our billing schedule is as follows:

• 21st of Each Month: Accounts are billed for the upcoming month's tuition.
• 1st of Each Month: The payment method on file is automatically charged for that month's tuition.
• Automatic Enrollment: Your child's enrollment continues from month to month without the need to register again.

This system helps ensure your child's place in class is reserved and makes monthly payments convenient and predictable.

Enrollment Changes & Withdrawals

We understand that family schedules and needs can change.  If you need to discontinue enrollment, please notify our office by the 20th of the month prior to the month you wish to withdraw.

Because enrollment is subscription-based, simply not attending class does not automatically cancel enrollment or stop monthly billing.
