Looking for a fun, active way for your little one to play, explore, and burn off some energy?

Join us at Gymnastics Central for Day Time Play Time! Designed for children ages 1–5, this special open-play experience gives little ones the opportunity to explore our preschool gymnastics equipment in a fun, welcoming environment.

Children can climb, jump, balance, roll, and explore while developing coordination, confidence, and important motor skills.

It's the perfect opportunity for little ones to play, make new friends, and discover the fun of gymnastics!

Day Time Play Time offers a relaxed, unstructured environment where children can explore age-appropriate gymnastics equipment at their own pace.

Activities may include trampolines, balance beams, soft play equipment, climbing obstacles, slides, and plenty of room to move!

Parent Participation Required

A parent or guardian must remain on the gym floor with their child throughout the entire session and is responsible for actively supervising their child.

Day Time Play Time is an open-play experience, not a structured gymnastics class or drop-off program.
