Got a question? We’re here to help.
-
When does the next session of classes start?
At Gymnastics Central, most recreational classes operate on a continuous, month-to-month enrollment system rather than traditional sessions.
You can enroll at any time during the month, provided space is available in the class.
If you join mid-month, your first month's tuition will be prorated based on the remaining scheduled classes.
Visit our Parent Portal to view current class availability and enroll online.
-
All of your classes are full! How can I get my child enrolled?
If the class you're interested in is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist through our Parent Portal.
Class openings occur throughout the year as families adjust their schedules, and we regularly review enrollment to determine when additional classes may be needed.
You can also contact our front desk at 513-947-0540 for help finding another class that may work for your family.
-
My child has never done gymnastics before, can they try out a class before joining?
comfortable and confident!
While we do not offer trial classes, we encourage families to visit Gymnastics Central, tour our facility, and see our classes in action. This is a great opportunity to meet our staff, ask questions, and get a feel for our gym.
We also recommend attending one of our Open Gym sessions, where your child can explore the gym, have fun, and experience our facility before enrolling in a regular class.
Our friendly staff is always happy to help you find the right program for your child's age, experience, and interests.
Call us at 513-947-0540 or stop by for a visit!
-
When do classes end?
Most of our recreational classes operate on a continuous, subscription-based enrollment system, so there is no traditional session ending date.
Once enrolled, your child remains in their class from month to month until you submit a withdrawal request.
If you wish to discontinue enrollment, please submit your request by the 20th of the month prior to the month you wish to withdraw.
For complete details, please review our Drop & Withdrawal Policy.
-
What should my child wear?
Athletes should wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows them to move freely and safely.
Gymnastics Classes: Leotards or fitted athletic clothing are recommended. Athletes participate in bare feet.
Ninja / Gym Warrior Classes: Comfortable athletic clothing and athletic shoes are required.
Tumbling Classes: Leotards or fitted athletic clothing are recommended. Athletes participate in bare feet.
For everyone's safety, loose or baggy clothing should be avoided, long hair should be securely tied back, and jewelry should be removed before class.
If you have any questions about appropriate attire for your child's program, our front desk staff will be happy to help!
-
What level of class is appropriate for my child?
Our classes are organized by age, experience, and skill level to help each athlete learn in a positive and supportive environment.
Beginners are welcome! No prior gymnastics experience is necessary for our introductory recreational classes.
Our coaches continuously evaluate athletes' progress and will recommend advancement when they demonstrate the skills and readiness for the next level.
If you're unsure which class is best, our front desk staff will be happy to help you find the right fit.
-
Is there a membership fee?
Yes. Gymnastics Central has a one-time $50 family membership fee for new families.
The fee covers your entire family, regardless of how many children are enrolled. You do not pay a separate membership fee for each child.
-
How does monthly tuition and billing work?
Gymnastics Central operates on a monthly subscription-based enrollment system.
Tuition is billed on the 21st of each month for the upcoming month, and the payment method on file is automatically charged on the 1st.
Our monthly tuition is based on four classes per month. Some months may have three classes due to holidays or scheduled closures, while others may have five. Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of the number of scheduled classes.
For additional information, visit our Tuition, Billing & Membership page.

What happens if Gymnastics Central closes due to bad weather?
The safety of our athletes, families, and staff is always our priority.
We make weather-related closure decisions independently of local school districts.
If we need to close unexpectedly due to weather, a power outage, or another facility emergency, affected students will receive a non-expiring makeup token.
Closure announcements are communicated through iClassPro email notifications, Facebook, and Instagram.
-
Can parents watch their child's class?
Yes! We encourage parents to take an interest in their child's progress.
Parents are welcome to observe from designated viewing areas. For everyone's safety, only authorized athletes and staff are permitted on the gym floor during regular classes.
Some programs, such as Day-Time-Play-Time, have different parent participation requirements.
-
How do I withdraw my child from a class?
To discontinue enrollment, you must submit a withdrawal request by the 20th of the month before you wish to stop attending.
You can submit your request through the iClassPro Parent Portal or complete a Yellow Withdrawal Form at our front desk.
Simply not attending classes does not automatically cancel enrollment or stop billing.
Please review our Drop & Withdrawal Policy for complete details.
-
Can my child move to a different class or schedule?
Yes! We understand that family schedules change.
If you need to move your child to another class, please contact our front desk. We will be happy to help find an available class that is appropriate for your child's age and skill level.
Class transfers are subject to availability.
-
How do I know when my child is ready to move to the next level?
Our coaches regularly evaluate athletes' progress throughout the year.
Advancement is based on skill development, consistency, confidence, and readiness rather than simply the amount of time spent in a class.
When your child is ready for the next level, our coaching staff will help guide the transition.
