Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When does the next session of classes start?

A: We do not currently run sessions with set start and end dates. Our enrollment is rolling, meaning children can enroll at any time - so long as we have class(es) available, of course!

Q: All of your classes are full! How can I get my child enrolled?

A: If the classes that work best for your child(ren)/ schedule are full at this time, we can add you to a waitlist! Once added, we will give you a call as soon as there is space available for your child. Give us a call at 513-947-0540 to be added to the waitlist.

  • If you have never enrolled with us before, please ensure you've created an account in our parent portal (linked below) before doing this!

Q: My child has never done gymnastics before, can they try out a class before joining?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer any kind of trial class at this time. You would be more than welcome to come in to the gym and watch a class or two before enrolling, but your child could not go out onto the floor without being enrolled in a class.

Q: When do classes end?

A: Never! Our classes are year-round and the schedule does not change between summer and the school year. Tuition is monthly, however, so you are only committed through the end of whatever month you've already paid for.

  • If you plan to drop your child from their current class (for any reason), please note that the drop request forms are due, in person, by the 2oth of the month prior to when you would like to drop. To see more about how dropping classes works, please see the "Billing & Policies" tab above.

Q: What should my child wear?

A: For girls; some children wear leotards, but that is not required. A t-shirt and athletic shorts or footless leggings would also be perfectly fine - something they can move fairly well in, nothing with zippers or anything that could get caught on something else. Students do not wear shoes* or socks on the floor, hair should be tied up in a ponytail or a bun, and large jewelry should not be worn. For boys; a t-shirt and athletic shorts, joggers, or sweatpants - again, just something they can move fairly well in!

  • *This is only true for preschool, gymnastics, and tumbling & trampoline classes. Students should wear clean, laced tennis shoes for their gym warrior class. Additionally, they will need ballet slippers and tap shoes for the dance/ combo class.

Q: What level of class is appropriate for my child?

A: For children 5+, if they do not have any prior tumbling or gymnastics experience, an entry-level (level 1) class would be the best fit. If they do have previous experience and you think that they may be beyond entry-level, you can reach out to set up an evaluation with us. For ages 2-4, any preschool class for their current age would be appropriate.
