Monthly Billing

We require that all families have a valid credit card on file. You can enter and save your card details on our Parent Portal, linked below, or provide the card information to the front desk.


On the 20th of every month, the monthly class charge will be added to your family account. On the first of the following month, we will automatically debit the credit card on file for the outstanding amount. You can still pay by cash or check as long as payment is made before the first of the month. If payment has not been received, the card on file will be charged.

Dropping a Class

Since class enrollment rolls over each month, you do not have to re-enroll your child to stay in their current class. If, however, you wish to drop your child from their current class/ team program, we must receive written communication (in the form of a Drop Request Form only), by the 20th of the month prior, that your child will not continue. If this form is not turned in by the 20th, the card on file will be charged for the full amount of the month’s tuition on the 1st of the month. Refunds will not be issued, there will be no exceptions. Drop request forms will be made available at the front desk. 


We will not accept drop requests via email, phone, or verbal requests at the desk. A drop request form must be filled out and turned into an office staff member to be considered valid.

What to Wear

Acceptable Attire for female athletes is a one-piece leotard or shorts and a t-shirt. If you wear a sports bra, you must wear a t-shirt over it. Tights can be worn if they are footless tights. Acceptable attire for male athletes is singlet or shorts and a t-shirt. Please be sure that shorts do not have buckles, zippers, or buttons. All athletes will go on the floor barefoot (unless they are enrolled in a Gym Warrior class or Dance/ Combo class). If athlete’s hair is longer than shoulder length, please tie it back in a ponytail or a bun.

  1. Do not run in the lobby
  2. Do not be loud in the lobby
  3. Do not throw balls in the lobby
  4. Do not practice gymnastics in the lobby
  5. Do not climb on the bleachers
  6. No food is permitted in the building

Adults are not allowed on the gym floor at any time unless they and their child are participating in a 2-Year-Old class. These classes are limited to one adult per child on the floor.
