Participants will work through level-based progressions focusing on body shapes, takeoff technique, air awareness, and introductory twisting skills—all in a fun and supportive environment. Led by national-level athletes and experienced coaches, this clinic is perfect for beginner through advanced athletes looking to improve and have a great time. Space is limited, so register early!
Bar Clinic - May 30!
Build stronger, more confident bar skills in our Levels 2 & 3 Bar Clinic! This focused session is designed to improve technique, body position, and overall execution on bars. Athletes will work on key progressions including casts, back hip circles, and smooth transitions from low bar to high bar, all while reinforcing proper shapes and fundamentals. Perfect for gymnasts looking to clean up skills and gain confidence in their routines.
